St. Louis Radon Test & Mitigation Joins ASHI-St. Louis

We are proud to be a new affiliate member of ASHI-STL. ASHI is The American Society of Home Inspectors, founded in 1976. It is North America’s oldest and most respected professional society of home inspectors. ASHI’s goals have always been to build customer awareness of the importance of a quality home inspection and enhance the professionalism of home inspectors. The St. Louis Chapter ASHI Affiliates support the St. Louis Chapter by providing education, services, and support directly to our membership. Affiliates also provide services, education, and support to our clients and the general public through individual referrals.

It’s also critical to have the new home retested for potential radon concentrations immediately following occupancy. We also highly recommend installing an Active Dampness Control System (ADC) with every new build.
